If you can read this it means that this product is unlikley to work with your machine’s current set-up. Our products currently run only with Microsoft Internet Explorer V5.5, FireFox 1.06, Netscape 7.1, or later on a PC platform. It may run on other WW3 Standard compliant browsers, but we have not tested them all. If you wish to continue the following may help:

Please read the following suggestions and enact the one(s) that could solve the problem:

 

Problem 1. You are not running Internet Explorer V 5.5, FireFox 1.06, Netscape 7.1 or later on your machine

 

Response: Download and install the latest version of an appropriate browser from the web.

 

Problem 2. You  running a supported browser on your machine but it is operating within a product like AOL.

 

Response: Download and install a supported browser from the web and run the product from outside the AOL environment.

 

Problem 3. You have a supported browser on your machine but it is not the default browser, and you use another browser as your default.

 

Response: Either make a supported browser your default or open your supported browser then browse to this sites address.

 

Problem 6. It’s possible but unlikley that your Pop-up Blocker or Firewall is causing a problem. 

 

Response: If you have reached this stage and the product is still not running, you could try disabling both.
